Pet Boarding
When you are a pet parent, finding a safe place for your dog or cat to stay while you’re away from home isn’t always easy. Hickory Grove Animal Hospital understands and is here to help if you need just day boarding for your pet. We do not provide overnight boarding or boarding on weekends.
All pets who stay on the premises are required to be up-to-date on vaccinations. Since we only day board pets who are regular patients of ours, we'll be able to look up your pet's vaccination record on the spot to ensure that your pet is fully vaccinated before he or she comes to stay for the first time. If your pet is not up-to-date on vaccinations, we'll need to update them before your pet can stay in our facility.

We request that all boarders who come to our facility have reservations in advance. It's a good idea to call and find out how much availability we have. We provide all animals with condos that are appropriate for their size. Please note: we do not day board pets over 50 pounds.
Dietary Requirements
We provide healthy food for all of our boarders. We do our best to accommodate the dietary requirements of all animals staying at our facilities. If your pet has special dietary needs, let us know when you make reservations. We may need you to provide us with your pet's special food, but we'll let you know when you call.
Medications
We can help your pet with any medications that he or she needs while in our care. Bring your pet's normal prescription medications when you arrive.
