Appointment Booking Process
Our computerized appointment booking system allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. To book your appointment, use our online booking option.
Emergencies
Emergencies are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept walk-ins. Please call ahead for availability. If you have an emergency with your pet, call us immediately at (704) 563-5858 so a staff member can advise you on your situation.
Reminders and Cancellations
We will call, send you an email, or text to remind you of upcoming appointments made more than 2 days prior.
Please call us if you cannot make your scheduled appointment so that we can offer that slot to a pet in need.
We try to be on time for appointments. However, please keep in mind that emergencies will be seen first, followed by appointments and walk-ins. We appreciate your patience when emergencies are being treated. We will do our best to see your pet as soon as possible or will reschedule for a time that is convenient for you.
