Appointments Info
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us and come to the hospital immediately. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.


We will call or send you an email or text to remind you of upcoming appointments made more than 2 days prior.
We try to be on time for appointments. However, please keep in mind that emergencies will be seen first, then appointments, then walk-ins. We appreciate your patience when emergencies are being treated and will do our best to see your pet as soon as possible or will reschedule to a time convenient for you.
