Appointments Info
Our appointment book is computerized, allowing us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. For online booking, please use the online booking option on the right sidebar.
Emergencies are accepted on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept walk-ins. Please call ahead for availability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, call us immediately so a staff member can advise you on your particular situation.
Appointment Reminders and Cancellations
We will call or send you an email or text to remind you of upcoming appointments made more than 2 days prior.
Please call us if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment time so that we can offer that slot to a pet in need.
We try to be on time for appointments. However, please keep in mind that emergencies will be seen first, then appointments, then walk-ins. We appreciate your patience when emergencies are being treated and will do our best to see your pet as soon as possible or will reschedule to a time convenient for you.
